RESOURCES & FACILITIES
The UCI General Clinical Research Center is spread over 2 locations: UCI Medical Center in Building 25, 2nd Floor, and UCI College of Medicine, Hewitt Hall 1st Floor.
The UCI Medical Center location shares clinical and administrative space with UCI's Autism Research Project (also one of our subprojects: see List of Protocols). The center has a participant waiting room, front office reception, nurses' station, three exam rooms, a DEXA scanning room, a 450-square foot exercise laboratory, a brand new metabolic kitchen, conference space, and administrative offices. Office hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, and as needed to accommodate studies.
The UCI College of Medicine location has a participant waiting room, front office reception, nurses' station, four exam rooms, special human performance laboratory, neuroimaging facilities, phlebotomy laboratory, bionutrition center & metabolic kitchen, conference spaces and administrative offices. Office hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, and as needed to accommodate studies.
